I'm so sorry to here about your loss, Martin.
I only worked with Jerry on a few occasions (Tridem foundry & Cross Green site), 
he seemed a really nice guy and bouncing with energy, when ever you saw him. He 
always came across that he really belived in what he was doing,either it been 
Project work or later his continues improvement activities. I'm sure he will be 
missed.
Again I'm sorry for your loss
