Message: hi chris goodson an any one else from vaw who remembers me i "worked" in the toolroom an was shown the ropes as an apprentice by the skillfull lathe master chris j goodson,tight bastard mind,but had some good times working there,an bad,but i passed the foundry the other day an was sad to see its demise.i worked as a lift engineer working on all the developments near clarence dock for 7 years but left otis ltd in 2007 and am currently working at ferrybridge powerstation as a maintenance engineer i have bumped into fred shaw die fitter here also......!
