Group Photos

"Last time I was lined up photographed like this it cost me £175 and a suspended sentence."

An important part of the project was to try and photograph everyone at the foundry. This was harder to achieve than imagine. We decided upon taking group photographs in the works yard. The logistics of working across three shifts which included days off and holidays meant that we have missed one or two people - for that we apologise.

Out of 564 employees we managed to photograph over 500.
